How we use it
We use contact information to review and respond to your request, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
How the contact form is processed
Contact requests are processed through CCRIT's first-party AWS endpoint and delivered to CCRIT through Microsoft 365. These providers process the information needed to operate the form and deliver the inquiry.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained according to CCRIT's business, security, and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of contact information you submitted, subject to legal and operational requirements.
